Membership is about more than attending church on Sundays. Members are committed to joining a spiritual family that provides encouragement and support. They are called to a biblical standard of responsibility, service and sacrifice. The elders and leaders of The Well Church pledge to assist our members with care, counsel, prayer and teaching. We hope that, as the Lord leads, you make a covenant to be part of our church family.
It's also about more than signing a piece of paper. It's about investing your life into a body of believers so that you can grow, and you can help it grow.
We want you to make an informed decision about joining our church, and to know whether or not God is calling you here to The Well Church. This class teaches The Well Church's core theological beliefs and what it means to be a member of a church.
Baptism at The Well Church
For many, baptism is the first public step of obedience to Christ. If you have not been baptized following salvation, we ask you to take this step before becoming a member. If you would like to be baptized, please email Pastor Charlie at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Signing up to be a Member
After attending the membership class, the final step in becoming a member is to sign the Membership Commitment. We will explain what the elders are committing to you and what you are committing to the church. We will listen to your testimony and answer any questions you might have. Once you fulfill the requirements of membership and sign the commitment, you are considered a member.
