Which team stands out to you? However God designed you and gifted you is awesome! So, it doesn't matter if you're good with computers, art, music, hard work, praying, or just talking, there is a place for everyone!
Men's ministry is focused on filling up the men of our church to be able to lead their families and be a well in their own community.
Set Up: This team gets to MacArthur Elementary at 8am and is responsible for setting up equipment.
Tear Down: This team is responsible for tearing down after the service.
This team utilizes their creative gifts to help create an environment conducive to a focused and authentic experience during each of our sermon series. If you are a visual artist in any sense of the title, please feel free to contact Mandy Haak to get involved.
Women's ministry is focused on filling up the women of our church to be able to be a well to their household, children, workplace and community.
This team is made up of musicians and vocalists who have a passion to serve God with their gifts, they pour themselves out into the church body while leading our church in worship through music.
The tech team is made up of three parts: sound, lighting & lyrics. With these parts the tech team is responsible for the audio/visual aspects of each gathering.
Sunday: Team members pray for our day before each service, pray during the service and for people in the prayer section during the service.
Weekly: Team members pray throughout the week for the requests that were received on Sunday.
This ministry includes people who welcome guests to our gatherings, creating a warm and welcoming environment, as well as set up and serve food and drink before and after service, as well as man the connection table.
The purpose of the welcome team is to make guests (new people) feel welcome, comfortable, and connected at church by: recognizing, greeting, providing information about the church, and introducing them to other church members. The team is made up of friendly people who really care about making first-time guests feel at home when they come to The Well Church.
Renewal is a group of moms that gather midweek to connect, share, and pray for one another. We meet on Friday mornings, and share life, coffee, and a light brunch. Our discussions seek to apply the Gospel to situations and experiences unique to mothers. Renewal meets September through June.
The Definitive Soapbox is a spoken word, singer, song writer open mic venue run by fellow church members. It started in 2009 and is now the largest open mic in Long Beach. TDSB is held at Fox Coffee House http://www.foxcoffeehouse.com every last Friday and is always FREE. For more information check out TDSB
